Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join a vibrant team in a venue finding role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client venue finds from start to finish, sourcing suppliers both locally and internationally, ensuring operational excellence, achieving margin targets, and contributing to a positive work environment based on our company values. Key responsibilities include managing client enquiries, negotiating rates on behalf of clients, prioritizing workloads, contract checking, using booking tools efficiently, following up with clients post-booking, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a venue finding role, a good understanding of events and venue sourcing, excellent team player skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Key competencies include accountability, attention to detail, initiative, learning ability, negotiating skills, planning and organizing, and strong verbal and written communication. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including 25 days of annual leave. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, with the possibility of travel and adjusted hours as needed.
