Events Telesales Executive £20k basic with £45k+ OTE Chelmsford Permanent/40 hour working week Monday – Saturday (with a day off in the week) Our client, located in Chelmsford is on the search for a dynamic and passionate Telesales Executive to join their events sales team! This is a great chance to start in a growing company, with the opportunity to progress further down the line. Duties & Responsibilities of a Sales Executive_ * Handle all incoming leads and booking in clients for coaching events. * Upselling VIP packages to increase attendance rates. * Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding clients expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals. * Following up on leads, previous clients that have attended events in an attempt to gain more bookings. * Maintain and accurately record all client contact details. * Responding to queries from new and existing clients. Your Background & Skill_ * Proven experience in some form of sales and ability to sell over the telephone. * Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets. * Confident, enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent telephone manner.
