Hospitality and Events Sales Executive £25k base salary plus excellent commission structure Permanent Bracknell Do you have a passion for building relationships and providing a world class service? As an experienced salesperson you will be able to utilise and develop your sales and relationship building skills even further by generating sales with existing and prospective high-end clients across the globe. You will be working as part of an energetic and target-driven sales team, working through a large database of warm leads and existing and current customers. There is no cold-calling, all contact is connected to previous customers, following up incoming enquiries and identifying opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling. Duties_ * Generating sales from warm leads and enquiries * Carrying out other sales including cross selling, call campaigning, email marketing, social media and attending events * Working with different departments to enhance customers experience * Handling and responding to all incoming enquiries and converting quotes into sales * Proactively developing existing customer accounts * Generating new business and building clientele * Acting as a first class ambassador at all times and attend events * Supporting the Sales Manager with certain administrative tasks * Updating the internal database Requirements_ * Excellent communication skills and passionate about providing top quality customer service and building strong relationships * Experience in working within sales and/or upselling * A drive to succeed within a career in sales and hospitality * Strong organisational skills * A strong work ethic and ability to go above and beyond to offer a top class service * Happy to work occasional weekends and weekends * Sales experience within the sports, events, hospitality, estate agency, property would be advantageous What’s in it for you? * Excellent earning potential * No cold calling, all leads are warm * Hybrid working pattern * Working for a globally renowned business * Opportunity to work with exciting clients * Great company benefits * Reward and recognition scheme * A fun and vibrant team environment If you have experience within sales and seeking an exciting new role were you can develop your career, earn commission and have fun at the same time, then please apply today!
