Basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 Commission based bonuses Central BristolWe are working with a market-leading digital B2B events, publishing and subscriptions business, based in the heart of Bristol, who are looking for a Sales Executive to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving event sales and managing client relationships. You will also play a key role in promoting events, securing sponsorships, and ensuring the success of each event through effective sales strategies. What you'll be doing Identify and develop new business opportunities Generate sales leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients Collaborate with the events team to create compelling sales proposals and presentations Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and sponsors Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activitiesWhat you'll need to apply Minimum of 2 years in event sales Experience working with technology or financial services companies, particularly in delivering media, and event propositions Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the events industry and market trends A proactive and results-driven approach to sales Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Clean UK driving license to travel to events across UKWhat you'll get in return for your talents Basic salary of up to £30,000 - £40,000 per annum Commission structure Bristol based office with flexible working 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, option to buy/sell five days leave per year, long-service leave, plus a day off for your birthday!
