Job Description

An Event Co-Ordinator is required for a client of ours based in Bedfordshire. You will be responsible for administration support across the production team, as well as logistics support. This is a great opportunity for an events graduate to get into an exciting and fulfilling career in events. Responsibilities_ * Supporting on a variety of projects across the year, including on-site support as and when required. * Liaising with contracts and suppliers * Delegate management/registration * Researching costs and assisting with proposals Skills required_ * Confident communicator * Proficient in Microsoft packages and excel * Experience supporting on events/exhibitions. * Drive, enthusiasm, ‘can do’ attitude. * Positive work ethic and willingness to learn * Full driving license * Happy to travel and be away from home for events Candidates must work well on their own initiative and want to progress and succeed. This role requires a strong team player, who is an excellent communicator and has great decision-making skills.
