The role involves working on the varied calendar of events, leading on logistics and marketing communications. This is amazing opportunity to join a forward-thinking successful business. We will require the right candidate to come from an Agency background or to have worked with an agency in-house. What's in Store for You_ Get ready to own the show! You'll be the mastermind behind our jam-packed events calendar, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. Craft compelling email campaigns that will have audiences clamouring to attend our events. From selecting venues to coordinating logistics for our annual extravaganza, you'll be the driving force behind it all. Dive into the digital realm by setting up captivating landing pages and registration forms. Collaborate closely with our dynamic team to curate exciting event topics and synopses. Partner up with our content and social media gurus to maximise event exposure and engagement.What You Bring to the Table_ Your communication skills are top-notch, whether you're chatting with high-level stakeholders or penning persuasive prose. Good generalist marketing skills, a dab hand at whizzing up email comms plus understanding the language of things like social assets and conversion rates. With your impeccable organisational skills, you'll effortlessly juggle multiple tasks and keep calm under pressure. Previous experience in coordinating digital events? Check! We want someone who's ready to hit the ground running. Your passion for teamwork and dedication to delivering exceptional service will shine through in everything you do. Experience working with or In-house in a Marketing or Ad Agency. Perks and Flexibility Galore_ This is a full-time role with flexible hours, allowing you to balance work and life like a pro. While you can work remotely from anywhere in the UK, quarterly team meet-ups will keep you connected. And hey, who doesn't love a field trip? You'll have the opportunity to visit venues and ensure they're up to standards. This a full-time role working 38.5 hours a week.
