Job Description

Are you a passionate, analytical, and highly organised Digital Events specialist? In this role, you will be pivotal in our demand generation efforts, leveraging the expertise of our clinical and sales professionals to attract and convert new leads. You will promote our webinars via digital platforms, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively while delivering against lead and revenue targets. You will own the end-to-end process, from pre-webinar promotion to lead management into sales. Day to Day Strategically plan and execute a comprehensive Wellbeing webinar program Develop and execute strategies for attracting and converting leads through webinars Deliver the webinar plan including content schedule, multi-channel promotional plan, marketing platform deliverables, and sales plan to meet lead and revenue targets Prepare and distribute regular lead reports for sales and marketing teams Create briefs for marketing and sales teams to support webinar promotion (e.g., social media brief, email marketing brief, design brief, sales pitch) Take ownership of the entire webinar program, from conceptualization to execution Develop a strategic roadmap for the program, aligning it with our demand generation goals Ensure the program delivers high-value content while achieving tangible results Deliver sales blueprint including launch of all new webinar series, sales training, sales support collaterals, reporting, and insights to meet targets Create engaging marketing campaigns through web, paid social, email, and organic social to drive registration and attendance of webinars Work with subject matter experts and marketing team to create content required for live/simulated live webinars - Ensure webinars are educational and position the company as a thought leader in the space, ultimately driving sales opportunities and revenue YOU? Proven experience in program management and the development of webinars Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills Proficiency with webinar software and digital marketing tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail INDMANS 46815CC
