Are you currently working as a Hotel Assistant Manager with event management experience and looking to develop your career? I am currently working with an independent hotel based in Warwick, who are looking for an Assistant and Event Manager to support the development of the hotel. They are wanting an individual with a flair for events and has the capability to manage the hotel operations daily. There is flexibility in hours worked, you will be working a 4-day week with Sunday, Monday and one other day off during the week. Job Description * Manage and coordinate all aspects of events, ensuring the smooth running and to client’s specification. * Ensuring the set up of events are to the requirement of the client’s instruction. * Carry out all administrative tasks related to event planning and execution. * Managing both Front of House and event staff. * Overseeing the smooth running of the hotel operations on a day-to-day basis. * Training ad inducting new staff as required. Requirements * Previous event management experience. * Worked in a hotel environment. * Organised and enjoy working in events. * Enjoy working in the hospitality industry
